The staff was warm. The location had handy parking available.
The cooked breakfast was very disappointing. It was unsavoury. The breakfast was also lukewarm. There was no shower gel in the shower, and there were no plugs beside the beds.

i appreciated the central location near the university and botanic gardens. the spacious room provided a view of the adjacent church. the staff were cute and helpful with directions.

the hotel was fresh and modern inside. sinead was helpful during check-in, she provided lots of local information. the room was very clean and fresh. late bar access was available and pizza was available 24/7!!!
the room lacked a safe for belongings, this would have been useful .

The room i got, a double room, was small, i must say. also, the tv remote was a goner. Completly broken. its pretty annoying not being able to channel surf when i wanted to relax after all the sightseeings.
